Hey friends, happy Monday!

I don’t know about you, but sometimes Mondays can be really hard to get going. I’ve had mornings where the alarm goes off, and all I want to do is hit snooze and hide under the covers. Starting fresh after a busy weekend can feel overwhelming, and the week ahead looks like a big to-do list.

But over time, I’ve found that starting my Monday with a little faith and intention makes all the difference. One of my favorite verses to lean on is Philippians 4:13:
“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”

When I remind myself of that, it feels like I’m not facing the week alone — I’ve got God’s strength backing me up.

Here’s what I do to turn those slow, “ugh” Mondays into something more positive:

  1. Pause and Pray: Just a quick moment asking God to guide me and give me peace.

  2. Set Three Simple Goals: Nothing crazy—just three things I want to focus on this week in my business, family, or faith.

  3. Picture Success: I actually use a vision board to help me visualize my goals and dreams coming to life. It’s a powerful way to stay motivated and focused. Do you use a vision board or something similar? Let me know—I’d love to hear how you keep your goals in sight!

Starting my week this way doesn’t always make Mondays easy, but it helps me move forward with purpose and hope instead of stress.

How about you? What helps you get motivated on Mondays? I’d love to hear your tips—let’s chat in the comments!

Here’s to a great week ahead, friends. We’ve got this!
